Understanding Reading Scoring Levels of CELPIP
As we all know, multiple choice questions (MCQs) appear in both the Listening and Reading parts, so the final level in these two sections is directly proportional to the number of questions with the correct alternatives picked.
There are four parts to the Reading section, with a total number of questions of thirty-eight (38).
The following is a list of all questions in the Reading section.
Part 1: Reading Correspondence: This part contains eleven (11) questions.
Part 2: Reading to apply a diagram: This section contains eight (8) questions.
Part 3: Information-gathering reading: This section has nine (9) questions.
Part 4: Reading for points of view and a practise task: This section has ten questions.
So there are a total of 38 questions in the Reading part (38). Let’s have a look at the scorecard to see how many questions you got right.
